Three Rivers Educational Technology Conference (TRETC) is the premier K-16 educational technology conference in Western Pennsylvania. Over 300 educators from K-12 schools, higher education and non-profits come to the event. In addition, each year over 20 vendors showcase their new technologies.

TRETC is an outstanding inexpensive way to find out what’s happening and to network with colleagues and experts in educational technology. Learn about the success stories from Classrooms for the Future (CFF) classrooms, student publications from iTunes University, or projects from colleges and universities. \

The Southwest Pennsylvania chapter of the Pennsylvania Association of Educational Communications and Technology provides information to individuals interested in using technology in education and training.

Chapter Goals

* Promote the use of instructional design and technology in training and education.

* Encourage interaction and professional growth among instructional technology practitioners in government, industry, academia, and health care.

* Provide a forum for the sharing of promising practices and new developments in instructional technology through meetings, seminars, workshops, tours, and other events.
